The Government of Telangana has done a wonderful job, all these years earlier governments have neglected child and bonded laborers Issues. The initiation of present Government with the Police and Labour departments in particular should be appreciated one and all and they have rescued so far more than 1400 children in one month’s time from 2015January in all districts of Telangana State and they are making all arrangement to send them to their respective native places. Most of the children are belonging to states of Bihar, Bengal Orissa and UP from the districts /areas like Gaya, Patnam Nalandam Joonafhad, Bhelam Juhunabad, Navada,Padasia, Thayolu, and Bengal and the middle men managed to bring these unfortunate children and they were doing their job more than 12 hours in depleted condition in Old cities like Bhavaninagar, gajulabanda, Kanchanbagh, Falaknama, Hussainalam, Thalab katta, Charminar and Chatrinaka and that to in a unhygienic condition and they have lost their child hood and who will be responsible for all these. Of course we are all…… We wish that similar incidents should not be encouraged and The child has every right to live in and enjoy their child hood and they need to be educated .There is s no doubt some NGO’s are doing wonderful job. If The Government intervenes and resolve the issue it can be minimized. The Police department of Telangana State is doing excellent job and everyone should appreciate their efforts for exposing the child labour rackets in Telangana State.Bonded Labour:
A person becomes a bonded laborer when their labour is demanded as a means of repayment for a loan. Many bonded laborers are forced to work to repay debts their employer says they owe, and they are not allowed to work for anyone else.
Today the International Labour Organization estimates a minimum 11.7 million people are in Forced labour in the Asia-Pacific region, the majority of these are in debt bondage.
Despite laws prohibiting it, child labor is rampant in South Asia's handmade rug industry. Children ages 4 to 14 are kidnapped or sold and forced to work as many as 18 hours a day to weave rugs destined for export markets such as the US and Europe. They are subject to malnutrition, impaired vision, deformities from sitting long hours in cramped loom sheds, respiratory diseases from inhaling wool fibers and wounds from using sharp tools. Those working as bonded laborers have no chance to earn their freedom and frequently earn little or no money. This exploitation is a form of modern slavery.Child Labour:
Child labour refers to the employment of children in any work that deprives children of their childhood, interferes with their ability to attend regular school, and that is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful.Causes for Child labour

Government formed the first committee in 1979 called Gurupadaswamy Committee to study the issue of child labour and to suggest measures to tackle it.
Based on the recommendations of Gurupadaswamy Committee, the Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act was enacted in 1986.
The Act prohibits employment of children in certain specified hazardous occupations and processes and regulates the working conditions in others.
The list of hazardous occupations and processes is progressively being expanded on the recommendation of Child Labour Technical Advisory Committee constituted under the Act. In consonance with the above approach, a National Policy on Child Labour was formulated in 1987. The Policy seeks to adopt a gradual & sequential approach with a focus on rehabilitation of children working in hazardous occupations & processes in the first instance. Human trafficking is the trade in humans, most commonly for the purpose of forced labour for the trafficker or others Human trafficking can occur within a country or trans-nationally. Human trafficking is a crime against the person because of the violation of the victim's rights of movement through coercion and because of their commercial exploitation. Child Rights and You (CRY), a non-governmental organisation fighting for the rights of children in India, has demanded that the Union government should ban employment of children below 18 years.
